All You Need to Know
- Reservation Process
Boarding charges begin on the day of drop-off, regardless of time. Check-out is at 12 noon, and there’s no charge for the departure day if your pet is checked out by noon (Monday-Saturday). After 12 noon, you’ll be charged for the next night. Sunday pick-ups always incur a full charge.
For holidays and weekends, we recommend booking in advance.
Reservations aren’t confirmed until you receive a confirmation text or email. If you don’t hear back, please call (940) 644-2722. - Deposits & Cancellation
A non-refundable deposit for one night is required to confirm your reservation. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice forfeit the deposit and 50% of the total fees. For peak times, changes or cancellations within two weeks of your departure date result in a full forfeiture of fees.
- Check in & Check out
Check-in is best done at least one hour before closing. Boarding charges apply from the day of check-in, regardless of time. Check-out is by 12 noon (Monday-Saturday) to avoid an extra charge. Sunday pick-ups incur a full charge.
Early Pick-Up & After Hours
Early pick-ups require 24-hour notice, or you’ll be charged for the reserved days. For after-hours check-ins or check-outs, a $35 fee per pet applies, with prior arrangement only. - Our Business Hours
BlooMoon Pet Resort is Open Seven Days a Week!
Monday - Friday: 7AM - 12PM and 2PM - 5:30PM
Saturday: 8AM - 2PM
Sunday: 3PM - 5PM
Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, and July 4th:
Closed for picking up and dropping off. We will be caring for our boarders but our offices will be closed to the public.
After hours pick up/drop off by appointment ONLY - $35.00 additional fee
